The balcony opens up to overlook some really cool spots in Vegas. Not that there isn't enough to do in Vegas, but you can use the pool, jacuzzi, gym and 24 hour concierge in the building! Or stay in and watch a decked out TV. Need to get to the main part of strip? It's only 3 miles away from the Wynn, So enjoy!

Open and airy, clean and fresh 100 mbps blazing fast internet. feels very private and secluded even though it is right in the heart of it all! 1 King bed with a 4" memory foam topper, desk, walk in closet and bathtub! Water is always hot! Two Queen beds in the second master bedroom with a cloud foam topper that makes you feel like you are in the clouds. A sofa bed in the last bedroom / Den. Living room with couch and a self-inflating Queen airbed. Den to relax in with a futon bed. 2.5 bathrooms, one has a dual sink with a walk-in closet. 65-inch smart TV in the living room with Netflix, Hulu, and a bunch of movies for your viewing The balcony overlooks stages and a bunch of entertainment on Fremont Street, but the double-paned glass keeps out the noise if that is what you desire :). Tea & Coffee available in the kitchen and collected from around the world. If you like to cook, there's a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, an Instant Pot Cooker, and Blender. Plenty of games and cards in the living room to keep you occupied when you're not out on the town.

Located in the heart of Downtown LV. Steps away from the famous Container Park and Fremont Street Experience. See plenty of concerts for free in the area. If you're a foodie, there's some of the best food in town within a few blocks. Pizza Rock by the famous Tony Gemignani, Le Thai, Donut Bar, and Shark Tank's Cousins Maine Lobster are all within two blocks but there is also Evil Pie, Heart attack grill, CousCous, and the list goes on!
