• This is NOT a college-style party house (family and friends gathering and business trips are absolutely welcomed) • Smoking allowed OUTSIDE only; any evidence of smoking, fire, coal inside the house will be $200 charge • Sorry--no pets • General common sense and courtesy for my neighbors since this is a residential neighborhood. Neighbors are very nice families who will probably have young kids chalking flowers on the street • Please lock up doors as you come and go for your safety and others. • Do not touch, move or disconnect any wiring from the walls or entertainment system or it will be $100 charge. The cleaning fee is for general cleaning only which includes vacuum, floor mop, dusting, changing of sheets, and trash disposal. The cleaning crew will charge me extra (which I will pass on to guests) if they have to remove stains, put back furniture to the correct place, deodorize smoke, or attend to any other time consuming actions to bring my home back to rentable state. ** Please note, if you are booking for a special event or holiday please send an inquiry first as the pricing is subject to a premium. Such as New Years and EDC. Complimentary Starter Amenities: A starter supply of paper goods and soaps is provided for your convenience. For extended stays beyond the first week, guests may refresh supplies at their discretion.

The whole home is yours! (with exception to the cleaning closet). You have access to the garage which can be opened from the inside with 2 spots. There are pots, pans, skillets, and enough cooking tools to cook and bake whatever you can imagine.
